About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Dispatch Operative to join our client's team at their Riverside facility in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to a successful operation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate a strong work ethic throughout your tasks.
- Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a positive attitude while collaborating with colleagues.
- Ensure clear and concise written and verbal communication in English.
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Leverage previous experience to efficiently complete daily order fulfillment requirements.
- Implement effective stock rotation practices to ensure optimal product freshness and availability.
- Accurately dispatch finished goods according to established procedures.
- Safely load and unload vehicles as instructed, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate any stock shortages promptly to the Area Leader after completing customer orders.
- Strive to consistently meet daily targets and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork diligently.
What We Offer:
- A competitive starting rate of £11.64 per hour.
- Work on a 4-on/4-off basis, with shifts from 06:00 am to 18:00 pm.
