Purchase Ledger Administrator Role

F Limited is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Administrator to join its accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the stock purchase ledger, ensuring timely and accurate import and processing of stock supplier invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and reconcile supplier invoices, credit notes, and other financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and credit notes.
  3. Perform supplier reconciliations to resolve any discrepancies.
  4. Assist other members of the accounts team as needed.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in purchase ledger administration, excellent communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in Excel. A positive and motivated personality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, is essential.
