About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team at ERIKS. As a key member of our workshop operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient maintenance and repair of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, including mechanical rotating equipment, electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
  • Conduct health and safety checks and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Monitor work-in-progress and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and other workshop staff.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workshop efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Multi-skilled engineer with experience in mechanical industrial rotating equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IOSH training preferred but not required.
