About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that demands exceptional leadership skills and abilities. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high standards in a complex and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strong, people-focused culture that encourages initiative, individual and team responsibility, and open communication.
• Drive large-scale organisational and cultural change programmes, with a focus on health and social care integration.
• Provide strategic leadership to the East Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership, working closely with the Integration Joint Board and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the effective delivery of the East Dunbartonshire HSCP Strategic Plan and its key objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in the management of health and/or social care, with a strong focus on delivering high standards.
• Exceptional leadership skills and abilities, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Strong financial management and risk management experience, preferably within a public service body.
• Ability to work in a complex and challenging environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working.
