Corporate Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our corporate tax specialist team, you will be responsible for advising clients on corporate tax planning and restructuring projects in the UK, as well as producing complex UK tax computations and tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on corporate tax planning and restructuring projects in the UK
  • Produce complex UK tax computations and tax returns
  • Develop relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with directors and partners to service clients and deliver high-quality results
  • Train and mentor junior members of the team to ensure their continued growth and development

Requirements:

  • CTA qualified (and/or ACA qualified or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience working in a UK corporate tax focused role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
