Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Administrator to join our dedicated team at Select Appointments in Norwich. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our back office processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer bookings and staff rotas/calendars to optimize our operations
- Support invoicing and day-to-day cash management using Xero to maintain financial accuracy
- Assist in event management and maintain office systems to ensure seamless operations
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and calls to deliver high-level support
- Support governance and compliance with relevant legislation to ensure regulatory adherence
- Contribute to various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of customer support and business liaison
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) to maintain high levels of productivity
- Experience with invoicing, reconciliation, and booking systems is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Empathy and understanding of clients and customer needs to deliver exceptional service
