Job Title: Account Director/Executive

Lawes Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director/Executive to join our team. As a key member of our commercial insurance broking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and insurance solutions to clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in commercial insurance broking, with a proven track record of business development and account management.
  • Qualifications: ACII (or commitment to achieve in agreed timescale) and proficiency in MS Office and IT systems.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong business development and account management skills, and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
