Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth and development of our new branch. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leading by example, juggling billing with supporting trainee consultants, and driving successful habits and behaviors in the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional recruitment skills and knowledge
- Juggle billing with supporting trainee consultants and ensuring the smooth operation of the branch
- Drive successful habits and behaviors in the branch, including developing long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and growth targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a successful track record of education recruitment, ideally with experience in leading a team or managing a recruitment branch. You will also need to be self-motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
