Position Overview:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing key relationships with major online retailers, specifically focusing on the Beauty and Wellness sector. Our client, a prominent player in the global Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market, is on the lookout for a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to enhance their team.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with:
1. **Driving Sales Growth:** Develop and implement strategies to boost sales on the online platform across Europe.
2. **Market Share Expansion:** Aim to significantly enhance the company's market presence through sustainable and profitable sales initiatives in the Beauty and Wellness categories.
3. **Operational Expertise:** Utilize a deep understanding of the online retail landscape to execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
4. **Business Development:** Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to maximize both short-term and long-term profitability.
5. **Commercial Strategy Implementation:** Execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth.
6. **Portfolio Management:** Analyze and optimize product portfolios to ensure category growth.
7. **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales teams across the EMEA region to align strategies and leverage synergies.
8. **Relationship Building:** Negotiate and foster strong relationships with Vendor Managers and Brand Specialists.
9. **Integrated Marketing Plans:** Collaborate with digital marketing and demand generation teams to create cohesive annual promotional strategies.
10. **Performance Analysis:** Develop dashboards to measure the return on investment for promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A university degree or equivalent commercial education.
- Over 7 years of experience in Account Management within the FMCG or Consumer Electronics sectors.
- A comprehensive understanding of the retail environment.
- A passion for joining a rapidly growing company with innovative brands.
