About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Claims Handler with a strong background in personal injury claims to manage a portfolio of moderately complex cases. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including third-party motor claims and associated damage claims.
  • Validate policy indemnity for each claim and ensure the correct insurer status is applied.
  • Negotiate with claimants and third-party representatives to reach a resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with the claims team to ensure seamless case management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
