Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on building projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality services that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a building surveyor on a variety of projects, liaising with team members and others as necessary.
- Manage junior colleagues to ensure quality and timeliness of service provided to clients.
- Manage own workload and report to team lead and office Partner on financial forecasting and progress of commissions.
- Continually improve own profitability by managing time and resources allocated to projects.
- Liaise with other consultants, internal and external, to ensure fully integrated production of documentation for the work.
- Liaise with all necessary authorities in relation to the work.
- Attend site for meetings to understand and clearly define clients' expectations.
- Market the services and the Practice to new and existing clients in order to increase workload.
- Prepare and contribute toward fee bids relevant to building surveying and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Degree/Masters in Building Surveying.
- Open from graduate to intermediate and chartered level - Salary DOE.
- Varied project and sector experience.
- Project Management experience.
