The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering air conditioning servicing & maintenance to both commercial and domestic clients across East Anglia & Essex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform PPM & reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Service and maintain split systems, VRV's, and VRF's
  • Utilize electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Provide extensive building services knowledge to ensure a professional service
  • Ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company
  • Pro-actively address concerns and relay them to management as necessary
  • Complete all necessary documents and records

Requirements

  • Fgas 2079 Cat 1 certification (Essential)
  • NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum), NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
  • NVQ / City & Guilds - Electrical Engineering (Desired but not essential)
  • Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge would be an advantage
