We are seeking Early Career Teachers to join our team of dedicated professionals working in specialist provisions for pupils with additional needs in the Preston and Blackpool areas.
About the RoleAs an Early Career Teacher in one of our SEN provisions, you will be responsible for teaching and supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and PRU. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and other staff to develop and implement individualized education plans that meet the unique needs of each pupil.
Responsibilities- Teach and support pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and PRU
- Develop and implement individualized education plans that meet the unique needs of each pupil
- Work closely with the senior leadership team and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the provision
- Be able to differentiate planning and teaching based on the needs of the pupils
- QTS qualification
- Experience of working with pupils with SEN in a mainstream or specialist provision
- Ability to work flexibly and be available based on the requirements of the provision
