Responsibilities

Key Objectives

  • Develop and implement a post-launch live services plan that aligns with our brand and product requirements, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the daily work of the cross-discipline F1 liveops team, ensuring effective communication and task prioritization.
  • Work with product managers and analysts to identify product opportunities and track team progress against goals.
  • Provide regular reporting of LiveOps progress to the wider development team, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the F1 development team to provide feedback on live service outcomes and inform future live service requirements.
  • Identify new opportunities within the live service phase, working closely with creative and brand teams.
  • Coordinate with test and community teams to ensure quality issues are addressed and resolved.
Requirements

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of project management experience in the gaming sector, with a cross-discipline team of developers.
  • Experience delivering work through all phases of the software lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of measuring results through data and analytics.
  • Ability to handle multiple ongoing streams of work and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven track record of shipping software titles in a production role.
