Financial Model Assurance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Model Assurance Director to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Financial Model Assurance Services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in financial model assurance and related financial advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial model audits across the entire engagement lifecycle, including commercial management.
- Develop and deliver financial models, assurance, and related financial advisory services to clients.
- Provide quality and risk reviews of work performed and final work products.
- Lead and develop teams, including mentoring and coaching junior staff.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including scoping projects and developing client relationships.
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in project finance, including origination and delivery of mandates for financial modelling, assurance, and related financial advisory services.
- Knowledge and experience of PPP, project finance, infrastructure, and renewables.
- Strong commercial management experience and a track record of converting business development opportunities.
- Proven background in managing and developing teams.
