Role Overview

As an Operational Resilience Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Firm's operational integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation Support: Assist in the execution of the Operational Resilience framework and DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) mandates to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Criticality Assessments: Conduct evaluations of service and function importance, offering insights to the business during annual review cycles.
  • Solution Design: Aid in the creation and delivery of innovative solutions, automating assessments, templates, and workflows while integrating them into the current technological ecosystem.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and various business units to promote compliance with Operational Resilience and DORA standards.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the formulation of EU and Global policies and procedures, ensuring the Firm maintains a robust internal governance and control framework.
  • Scenario Testing: Collaborate across business, operations, and technology to support scenario testing initiatives, documenting outcomes and tracking remediation efforts to completion.
  • Governance Support: Assist in the existing governance framework by preparing comprehensive reports and meeting minutes.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in Operational Resilience or Business Continuity Management within the Financial Services sector or consultancy.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance initiatives and proficiency in analyzing regulatory documentation.
  • Knowledge of EU DORA or Operational Resilience projects.
  • Strong understanding of process design and internal controls.
  • Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience with automated workflow tools and other technological solutions in the context of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Planning.
