Network Risk Team Lead

Circet is seeking a skilled Rigging Team Leader to join our Wireless division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a rigging team, teaching them the relevant skills required for telecoms works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a rigging team and provide guidance on telecoms works
- Set up sites, highlighting and recording risks, and implementing control measures
- Be proficient in the use of site support software
- Confidently work with a wide range of site configurations
- Install antennas and basic steelwork solutions
- Build a site from start to finish, unassisted, excluding handover or H&S requirements
Requirements:
- Experience with complex steelwork designs, site installations using HIAB/Cranes, Abseiling, Towers/Rooftops/Streetworks, and traffic management
- Proven ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task on various tasks, working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Minimum of 3 years in a Rigging position
