The Risk Management Supervisor is a key role in our Pandora store, responsible for overseeing the sales floor and motivating the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. As a brand ambassador, you will be the face of Pandora and play a crucial role in building a strong bond between our brand and our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor store sales figures and identify areas for improvement
  • Handle serious complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Drive sales and exceed targets by using effective selling skills and adapting to individual customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing exceptional service and support
Store Operations
  • Act as key holder and ensure smooth store opening and closing procedures
  • Cash up and reconcile till systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary hearings
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, and maintain a safe and secure environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs, with a positive and can-do attitude
  • A passion for Pandora product and core values, with a well-presented appearance and a taste for desirable products
