About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Generic Healthcare Support Worker to join our dynamic South Rural Integrated Neighbourhood Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals within our community.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide essential support to housebound residents aged 18 and over registered with an Ipswich GP. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- Delivering nursing interventions to patients in their homes.
- Assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Supporting individuals with long-term neurological conditions, palliative and end-of-life care, diabetes management, wound care, and phlebotomy.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Essential Requirements
