About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CRM/CE Developer to join our team at Oliver James. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Develop and customize solutions, workflows, plugins, and integrations on the D365 CRM/CE platform to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support and enhancements to existing D365 CRM/CE applications, ensuring system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Integrate with Other Systems: Develop and maintain integrations between D365 CRM/CE and other business systems using Power Platform, Azure, and other relevant technologies.
  • Optimize System Performance: Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement best practices for performance optimization.
  • Document Technical Solutions: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and recommend new features or technologies that could benefit the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certifications related to Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) and/or Power Platform.
  • Experience: Previous demonstrable experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#,.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE data model, architecture, and business processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
