Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team at Lovell, a leading provider of mixed tenure affordable homes. As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team in respect of digital and e-marketing strategies, coordinating leads and databases, and planning and managing marketing campaigns for our new build housing developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in respect of digital and e-marketing strategies
  • Coordinate leads and databases
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new build housing developments
  • Set up new development sales suites
  • Produce brochures, CGI, and site layouts
  • Support the South West Region's PR marketing, communication, and promotional activities
  • Provide general administrative assistance to office personnel
  • Actively involved in the promotion of social value-related activities such as community and educational engagement events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Recognised Marketing qualification
  • Good knowledge of social value activities and management
  • Knowledge and understanding of the new build housing industry
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
