About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Trainer and Assessor to join our team in our Leyland office. This role will be responsible for managing quality assurance through training, coaching, and completing assessments of industry qualifications and accreditations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach individuals in the correct methodologies for workmanship to the point of accreditation
  • Work with industry and clients to ensure up-to-date knowledge of the latest training and accreditations required for the work
  • Ensure that products and services delivered for clients conform to specified requirements and agreed standards
  • Advise on corrective and preventive action following the identification of any quality issues
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, ensuring customers and company quality standards are understood and implemented
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment, in line with company policy and procedure, as well as any legal requirements
  • Provide support to installation teams, clarifying methods and procedures as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working across the telecommunications industry
  • Experience in training and/or assessing within the Telecommunications Industry
  • Hold a range of existing telecommunications accreditations
  • NRSWA supervisor qualifications desirable
  • Overview and good knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including fixed and mobile
