A prominent global healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Accountant to collaborate closely with the Accounting Director, managing their extensive portfolio across the healthcare industry.

The Financial Accountant will oversee month-end closing processes and general ledger activities, serving as the primary liaison for designated international markets, fostering strong relationships between the UK headquarters and the South American accounting division.

This role also involves participation in specialized accounting initiatives and providing support to management as needed, while working collaboratively with various departments to enhance and streamline processes.

Key Qualifications:
  • Part-qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA
  • Experience in accounting roles
  • Familiarity with SOX, US GAAP, IFRS, and standard accounting practices
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus

Position Details:
  • Competitive salary up to £40,000 based on experience
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Hybrid work model: 3 to 4 days in the office
