About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing and reporting on the impact of disabilities on daily living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments to gather information about an individual's condition and its impact on daily living.
  • Use your clinical knowledge and expertise to create detailed reports on the assessment findings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted NMC registration.
  • Nurse Assessor qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year post-registration UK experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong report writing, communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills.
