Sales Support Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will provide efficient administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless sales administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Sales team members, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of Sales Order and PDI Schedules, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate internal stock audits and external audit intermediary, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate transport moves, monitoring and reporting Profit and Loss (P&L) data.
  • Manage the DVLA road registration process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role, with a strong understanding of sales administration processes.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good level of numeracy, with the ability to accurately manage financial data.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
