About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Manager to join our team at Shaw Trust. As a Support Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with multiple barriers to employment, helping them to access the support they need to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload of participants, providing vocational profiles and effective action plans to support their employment goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with employers and community stakeholders to create opportunities for participants.
  • Work with employers to support job matching, job carving, and reasonable adjustments.
  • Provide in-work support to participants and employers until a job outcome has been reached.
