About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our digital analytics function at Frasers Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of product and implementation analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and personal development.
  • Own the capture and distribution of on-site user behavioral data, supporting business teams in understanding the user journey and informing product development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the product function, embedding analytical practices and ways of working into all product development.
  • Utilize experimentation concepts to measure the efficacy of feature development and drive business growth.
  • Manage the roadmap for implementation of analytics and marketing capabilities, ensuring clean and robust data capture.
Requirements
  • Experience in management or mentorship of other colleagues.
  • Expert communicator with the ability to flex presentation style based on audience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and R/Python programming languages.
  • Strong visualization skills using tools like PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Extensive experience working in product analytics, preferably in an e-commerce or retail business.
  • Understanding of customer data platform capabilities and their role in capturing customer/user journey data.
  • Experience working with technology and data engineering functions.
  • Keen interest in industry developments and legislative changes affecting customer/user data capture.
