The Fashion Retail Academy is seeking a talented and experienced Lecturer to join our Higher Education team. As a subject specialist in Fashion Marketing and Communications, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional teaching activities and leading on the creation of industry-relevant module content.
", "Key Responsibilities": "- Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality teaching activities for your module, ensuring every student receives the highest level of teaching, learning, and feedback.
- Lead on the delivery and creation of industry-relevant module content, in line with the course and wider program objectives.
- Work closely with the Course Leader to quality monitor and report on module progress, and proactively initiate recommendations for improvement.
- Adopt excellent teaching, learning, and monitoring practices, and share knowledge within the team.
- You will have a BA/BSc (Hons) Degree in Fashion Marketing & Communications or a related subject, or comparable CPD.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification, such as a PhD/MA/PGCHE or comparable CPD, would be beneficial.
- You will have a proven track record in teaching or training, preferably in higher education.
- You will be a subject specialist who is passionate about delivering a highly industry-relevant and student-centered curriculum.
- You will have strong people skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective development and delivery of the module.
