Job Title: Head of Pricing

MERJE is working with an international General Insurance company to find a leader for their Pricing and Modelling functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Pricing Actuaries, Insurance Pricing professionals, and Data Scientists and Analysts.

The key objective is to ensure the pricing strategy is delivered and the modelling behind the pricing is implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Pricing Actuaries, Insurance Pricing professionals, and Data Scientists and Analysts.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure the company's competitiveness in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the pricing strategy is aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a pricing and modelling function.
  • Strong understanding of insurance pricing and modelling principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
