Job Title: Senior Engineering Project Manager

Evergreen Defabs is an engineering company that specializes in scalable wastewater treatment systems and containerized wastewater treatment systems for municipal and industrial applications. Based in the East Midlands, the company works closely with international engineering companies to offer a comprehensive engineering service that covers initial design and planning, as well as infrastructure development and wastewater treatment technology.

Job Summary

This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of engineering projects, including project and construction management, engineering management, and project engineering. The Senior Engineering Project Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Management and delivery of projects from concept through to completion, including schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  2. Supervision and management of the project delivery team.
  3. Management of design deliverables.
  4. Prepare commercial tenders and technical proposals.
  5. Accountability for the financial management of project budgets.
  6. Preparation of internal weekly/monthly project reports for Directors and clients.
Requirements
  1. Engineering Management, Project Management, and Project Engineering skills.
  2. Construction Management and Construction skills.
  3. Strong commercial awareness.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Commercial contract management: Knowledge of NEC 3 and 4 ECS contract conditions would be advantageous.
  6. Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, project programme, and risk management.
  7. Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence and mentor others.
  8. A Full UK driving licence is mandatory.

Annual Leave: 25 days holiday per year plus UK Bank Holidays. Pool car will be made available. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
