Lead Data Scientist

Coders Connect is partnering with a pioneering company to transform international sustainability through AI and machine learning.

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist with expertise in large language models and unstructured data analysis to develop innovative solutions for global sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage data science projects from defining objectives to delivering actionable insights.
  • Apply advanced machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI techniques to uncover patterns in unstructured datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and refine data classification models.
  • Fine-tune transformer-based models, especially large language models (LLMs), to solve open-ended challenges.
  • Design and implement scalable machine learning models to improve processes and decision-making.
  • Continuously explore and leverage the latest AI tools and technologies, while ensuring ethical AI use.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to deliver data science solutions using machine learning, NLP, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and model optimization, with experience deploying machine learning models at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery or similar relational databases.
  • Knowledge of the ML project lifecycle and familiarity with MLOps best practices.
  • Strong background in Python, R, and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience in analyzing large, complex datasets and building machine learning models.
