Morson Talent Careers is seeking a highly skilled Bid Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our clients in the Aerospace/Defence industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Data Analysis: You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing financial data to support the bid process for UK MOD and International Military Aircraft contracts.
  • Financial Advice and Support: You will provide advice and support to our clients on financial assumptions, baseline data, and projections related to secured contracts.
  • Bid Cost Estimation: You will be responsible for estimating costs and consolidating bids and cost data from across company locations and external partners.
  • Cash Contract Value: You will establish and predict the cash contract value and provide cost/sales value projections year on year.
  • Risk Management: You will critically review proposals to ensure costs are complete and manage the risk from a financial perspective of the data used to support bid submissions.

Requirements

  • Financial Analysis Skills: You will have strong financial analysis skills and experience in financial planning and budgeting.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have a high level of attention to detail and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
