**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our shopping centre site in Farnborough.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Liaise with our client to fulfill security requirements on site, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Complete various security documentation, including incident reports and site patrols.
- Liaise with our supervisor/manager effectively and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication.
- Protect the image of our high-profile client and Kingdom Services Group Ltd.
- Supervise and control site access, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the site.
- Conduct regular site patrols, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
- Where appropriate and trained, act as an incident first responder, providing emergency assistance.
**Requirements**
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
- A full five-year checkable employment history.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to visitors and clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- An ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- An enthusiastic and self-motivated approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- IT skills, with the ability to use technology to support security operations.
