About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Southborough Woodlands Preschool. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Ensure the learning environment is stimulating and engaging for children
  • Develop and implement rich learning opportunities and exceptional care
  • Build strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships
