Junior Estimator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Junior Estimator to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. As a Junior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced estimators in preparing tender documents, measuring drawings, and producing Bills of Quantities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measuring PDF drawings using specialized software
  • Producing tender documents and Bills of Quantities
  • Attending site visits and tender meetings as required
  • Liaising with clients to gain updates on submitted bids
  • Identifying areas of risk during the tender process
Requirements:
  • Ability to measure drawings and some estimating experience
  • Experience of producing Bills of Quantities
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a workload with multiple projects
  • Education to degree/OND/HND level in construction quantity surveying or related field
  • Driving license (or willingness to obtain one)
