Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hays Business Support. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support and assist in the efficient running of our daily operations.

The team works on an early shift (6am-3pm), and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking flights with airlines and agents
  • Raising Export Customs Entries on CDS
  • General Administration duties
  • Import SFD and FDE clearances
  • T1/T2 clearances/discharges
  • Importation & Exportation of ATA Carnet / Cites goods
  • Occasional warehouse duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working on the Import and Export administration process
  • Experience dealing with customs entries with HMRC
  • Desirable experience using Descartes (full training will be provided)
