About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Leigh Academy Tonbridge. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the good behaviour of our students and supporting their learning during short-term teacher absences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the good behaviour of students during lessons
  • Support students in engaging with their learning
  • Respond to students' general questions and provide feedback to teachers
  • Provide feedback to teachers on broad issues such as behaviour
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £17,104 per annum (£23,337 full-time equivalent) and a 31.25-hour working week, term time plus one week of inset. Our working hours are 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break each day.
