We are seeking a suitably experienced psychosexual therapist to join our team at Lothian Sexual and Reproductive Health Service (LSRHS). The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with a range of sexual health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care through face-to-face and virtual consultations
• Participate in the care of individuals with various sexual health concerns in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

• PVQ Scheme membership/record
• Psychosexual therapy qualification from a COSRT accredited course or a healthcare qualification with experience working with sexual dysfunctions, plus a psychotherapy qualification
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Effective communication and clinical consultation skills
• Flexibility to work across all areas of LSRHS and deliver care in various ways

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience of team work and leadership
• Experience of line management or leading a team
• Ability to analyze data and report writing

Please note that this is a part-time position, and the salary will be pro-rata.
