We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Assistant to join our Cash & Banking team at ZIGUP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our daily banking operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and maintain cash and banking records, including ledgers and reports.
- Coordinate and execute daily cash transactions, including cheques, Direct Debit files, and BACS/CHAPS payments.
- Administer and analyze cash reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Proven experience in a finance team, preferably in a cash and banking or related area.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
