Your Role:
As a Software Development Apprentice, you will engage closely with a skilled development team, assisting in the creation of tailored software solutions that meet client specifications. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of projects, utilizing programming languages such as VFP, C#, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the software development lifecycle.
- Provide custom development for clients and partners of the ERP products.
- Generate reports using tools like Infor Query & Analysis, Power BI, Bright Gauge, and SSRS.
- Assist in rectifying customer data issues.
- Develop software for accounting, CRM, payroll, and supply chain management.
- Receive comprehensive training and mentorship from both your workplace supervisor and the Baltic Apprenticeships team.
Compensation and Work Schedule:
Annual Salary: £15,000
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Annual Leave: 22 days plus public holidays (and 3 accrued service days)

- A portfolio showcasing personal programming projects is a plus.
- Minimum qualifications: Grade 6/C in Maths GCSE and Grade 4/C in English GCSE.
