With a leadership team across your stores to support you, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform. Your stores will connect with local communities and the wider business to develop and deliver focused store-specific strategies, optimizing patient care and profitability.
You will be required to travel and work within the stores within your hub, collaborating with the Regional Manager and the wider field team and the Support Office to turn your vision into action.
