We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Stelvio Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring minimal IT system downtime, and maintaining accurate documentation of learnings and helpdesk tickets.
Main Responsibilities- Provide 1st class customer service and technical support to clients via remote or on-site assistance.
- Monitor and assist with service tickets and calls on the helpdesk, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with staff to complete customer installations and participate in system design.
- Maintain accurate records of learnings and helpdesk tickets, utilizing tools provided.
- Strong technical skills in virtualization, networking, VoIP, Office 365, Azure, and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with experience in VPNs, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
