Disability Service Coordinator

Finance & Corporate Resources are seeking a skilled Call Services Assistant to join their 24 Hour Control Centre in Hamilton. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the operation of the Council's Emergency Response and Community Alarm Services, providing a call handling service utilising current communication and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Operate current communication and IT systems to manage calls and respond to emergencies
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives
- Competitive salary: Grade 2 Level 1 Plus 4, £20,249
- Up to 33 days annual leave, calculated into hours on commencement of the role
- Public holiday entitlement (up to 10 days)
