Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Member to join our team at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park. As a Security Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff, while also providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the premises and conduct regular perimeter patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, manage and diffuse confrontations, and keep detailed records of all incidents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our team and guests, assist with inquiries, check guest passes, and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks when required.
