Huntress Search Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy, partnering with our US Talent Acquisition team for the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Global Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and deliver a global recruitment plan, ensuring timely and efficient resourcing.
- Lead & Mentor Team: Guide and develop our Resourcing Advisors, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Support Scalability: Enhance our global recruitment function to support future growth, in partnership with our US TA team.
- Leverage Data: Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and regularly report progress to our UK & US leadership.
- Educate Hiring Managers: Provide training on best practices, ensuring compliance with SOC2 standards.
- Source Top Talent: Use diverse channels to attract high-quality candidates, exploring innovative strategies to meet workforce needs.
- Champion Employer Brand: Promote our culture and values through effective employer branding, empowering our Resourcing Advisors as brand ambassadors.
- Advocate for DEI: Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of the recruitment process.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support recruitment objectives.
- Ensure Compliance: Partner with our HR Ops Service Manager to maintain accurate contractor records and compliance with visa requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or HR, with a background in strategic talent acquisition highly desirable.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience, with a track record of building and developing teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and regulations.
- Knowledge of international recruitment, especially UAE would be advantageous.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, with strong communication and influence skills across all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to change.
- Able to analyze recruitment data to drive decisions, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
