  • Advocate for DEI: Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of the recruitment process.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support recruitment objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance: Partner with our HR Ops Service Manager to maintain accurate contractor records and compliance with visa requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment or HR, with a background in strategic talent acquisition highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience, with a track record of building and developing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of international recruitment, especially UAE would be advantageous.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, with strong communication and influence skills across all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to change.
  • Able to analyze recruitment data to drive decisions, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
