Pertemps Network Group is seeking an experienced FLT Driver to join our team at a leading coffee factory in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a Forklift Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations across a 3-shift rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently to transport goods and materials within the warehouse
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Participate in regular safety inspections and report any hazards or incidents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a FLT Driver in a fast-paced warehouse or factory environment
  • Ability to work efficiently across rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights

  • Valid FLT license and certification
