Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a day shift basis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of electrical duties and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including fault-finding and repair of electrical systems
  • Work on a variety of electrical equipment, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and control circuits
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance
Requirements:
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong electrical maintenance background and mechanical aptitude
  • At least 5 years of post-apprenticeship experience in electrical maintenance
  • Fault-finding experience in PLC, SCADA, safety circuits, control circuits, and variable speed drives
Benefits:
  • Day shift only, Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm
  • Attractive salary and premium overtime rates, earning mid-high £40s achievable
  • Occasional weekend working to provide holiday cover
  • Attractive bonuses paid three times per year
