Senior Data & Analytics Product Owner

As a key member of our data and analytics team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering and BI developers to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge data-driven tools that empower both our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft and manage business requirements templates for the data & analytics team, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams to define impactful business questions that can be answered through data analysis, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Data & Analytics Product Roadmap, outlining priorities and guiding the evolution of our data solutions.
  • Effectively manage tickets within Jira for BI developers and data engineers, ensuring timely resolution and progress tracking.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of Tableau Dashboards against defined business requirements, guaranteeing accuracy and usability.
  • Leverage SQL and Tableau to perform exploratory analysis, uncovering valuable insights and trends within our data.
  • Take ownership of change management processes for data and analytics products, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Champion the use of Tableau across the organization, providing training and support to foster a data-driven culture.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in business intelligence, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional ability to write clear and concise business requirements and user stories, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and relational databases, showcasing a deep understanding of the data landscape within our industry.
  • Proficiency in agile processes and tools like Jira, ensuring efficient collaboration and project management within development teams.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation within our data solutions.
