Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections of engine parts, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
  • Disassemble and assemble engines, modules, and sub-assemblies, using precision measuring and torque devices.
  • Perform borescope inspections and balance rotating components, ensuring optimal engine performance.
  • Flow test individual components and assemblies, and prepare engines for dispatch.
Competencies:
  • Strong verbal communication and written skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to use computers/computer systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage own workload.
  • Good team work and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
