Job Title: Band 5 Community Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 5 Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis Team at Parklands House in Basingstoke.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide care coordination for individuals in the first three years of a psychotic illness.
  • Deliver specialist evidence-based clinical interventions to young people and their families in collaboration with the early intervention core team specialists and Support Time and Recovery (STR) workers.
  • Support the delivery of care in accordance with the Access and Waiting Times Standards/NICE-approved interventions for an Early Intervention in Psychosis Service and the Psychosis Pathway.
Person Specification:
  • Mental Health qualification as a social worker, occupational therapist, or mental health nurse.
  • Development role considered for current Band 5 applicants.
